I am a technical presales and AI solutions professional with a background spanning conversational AI, CRM, data platforms, infrastructure, contact center technology, and enterprise solution design. My career has been built around one core principle: technology only matters when it solves a real business problem.

I enjoy getting close to complex challenges, breaking them down, and finding a path forward that is clear, useful, and tied to measurable impact. Whether I am leading discovery, designing a demo, translating business pain into technical requirements, or helping a sales team shape a value-driven message, my focus is always the same: understand the problem deeply, align the solution to the outcome, and communicate the value in a way people can act on.
My approach to customer engagement is grounded in compassionate curiosity. I believe strong discovery is not just about asking questions; it is about understanding what is really happening inside the customer’s business, where friction exists, what constraints they are working within, and why change matters now. From there, I help connect the dots between strategy, technology, and execution.
